As a dynamic professional commercial photographer I will showcase your company in a way that your clients see that you care, learn what you are about and understand what is important to you. Presenting your clients and future clients who you are, what you do, and how well your company can achieve the end goal visually is a key ingredient to a successful collaboration while creating your brand.

Prices for our Commercial Photography are valid as of 2017.

  • Commercial services are billed at an hourly rate of $115.00 (minimum 1 hour)
  • Day (8 hours) rate is $650.00
  • Half day (4 hours) rate is $400.00, with 1/2 day minimum outside of the Southwest Florida
  • We are always happy to quote an all-inclusive price, which includes all charges to shoot, process and supply images for specific usage. Please ask for a no obligation quote.

Product Photography: Product shots are usually carried out in our studio on a per item basis. More complex setups may be charged at an hourly rate, as per our normal commercial rates.

Expenses: Travel is charged on a mileage basis; usually there is no mileage charge in Southwest Florida. Locations exceeding 40 miles of travel will incur a $30.00 fee. Overseas travel is by special arrangement. Additional studio setup is charged by prior arrangement.

Your Photos: Abacus Photography provides images in high resolution DVD files in JPG format, with other formats available upon request. DVD editing and writing is $50.00 per DVD. Additional image manipulation (Photoshop) is by prior arrangement for $75.00 per hour or part thereof. Stock photo purchases available on request.

Expenses

I am happy to work on location in the US and abroad subject to mutually agreed

accommodation and travel arrangements. US Travel $0.45 per mile.

Models / studio hire / make-up / assistant /props, etc. – charged at cost and may be required in advance, depending on scale of shoot. Specialist equipment / camera hire will be charged in addition to the above if required for a particular shoot. Elaborate retouching will be charged by the hour if necessary to complete brief @ $60 per hour


Formats & Delivery

I use professional-quality Nikon camera equipment and lenses and Apple Macintosh computers for post-processing. If larger formats are required, this can be organized. Images can be delivered on-line via a secure server or on DVD and come with an agreement to use the images, with no individual licensing fees. Images may be used in US marketing and promotional material commissioned by your company. This allows you to use the images on your website, brochures and other US promotional material on a perpetual basis without additional cost


General Terms

Copyright of all images remains the property of Abacus Photography unless otherwise

arranged. Fees for advertising and similar promotional image use may be considerably higher

than the daily rate quoted above, depending on the scale of the campaign and where and how

the images will be used. Payment terms ~ Strictly 14 days from date of invoice.

Opt 1: Direct Debit Deposit of $250.00 (Fully Refundable*) up to one month prior to photo shoot day with balance on the day in CASH ONLY.

Opt 2:  Direct debit Two weeks prior to photo shoot – Full payment

Opt 3:  Day of photo shoot: BUSINESS CHECK OR CASH ONLY – Full payment

 PAYPAL accepted but with surcharge of 5% to cover fees.
